UltraPOS vs StoreHub: which POS fits a Zamboanga City shop?

Both are BIR-compliant POS systems that take GCash and Maya. The difference: StoreHub is a monthly subscription sold nationwide. UltraPOS is paid once, and set up, trained and supported in person by our team in Zamboanga City.

Choose UltraPOS if

  • You'd rather pay once than pay a subscription every month, for every branch.
  • You want someone to install it at your counter and train your cashiers in person.
  • You want a showroom in Zamboanga City you can walk into, and a local team when something breaks.
  • Your menu, promos and branches don't fit a one-size-fits-all setup.

Choose StoreHub if

  • You want delivery, a webstore, QR ordering and loyalty all from one company.
  • You'd rather pay monthly than make a one-time purchase.
  • You're comfortable setting up and getting support by phone and online.

“Aaron created the POS system for 2 branches of Matcha Cafe, and it has really helped improve the way we manage our daily operations. From handling orders to monitoring our sales and keeping everything more organized, the system has made our work much easier and more efficient.”

What a subscription adds up to.

  • StoreHub lists its software from ₱1,874 to ₱2,249 a month, billed yearly. Hardware is sold separately.
  • At ₱2,249 a month, that's ₱26,988 a year, or ₱80,964 over three years, before hardware, and it keeps going for as long as you use it.
  • UltraPOS is a one-time payment. We quote it in writing on the demo call, based on how many terminals and branches you run, so you can compare the two numbers yourself.

“We needed a system that could handle our branches in Zamboanga, track our buy-1-take-1 promos, and give us actual reports we could act on. Dee Capital built exactly that — and we own it.”

Where StoreHub is strong.

A fair comparison says what the other side does well. If these matter most to you, StoreHub is worth a look.

  • A big feature list from one company: inventory, staff management, reports, loyalty and cashback, SMS marketing.
  • Online selling: a webstore, QR Order & Pay, and its own Beep delivery service.
  • A Foodpanda integration, and QR Ph payments that take GCash, Maya and GrabPay with one code.

Questions owners ask.

Is UltraPOS cheaper than StoreHub?

UltraPOS is paid once, with no monthly fees. StoreHub lists its software from ₱1,874 to ₱2,249 a month, billed yearly, with hardware sold separately. Over a few years, a one-time payment usually costs less, but ask us for a written quote and compare it with StoreHub's.

Is UltraPOS BIR-compliant like StoreHub?

Yes. Every sale prints an official receipt with VATable sales and VAT worked out, and X- and Z-readings are one tap at the end of a shift or day.

Can I see UltraPOS before I buy?

Yes. Visit our showroom at Deecom Service Center, Unity Drive, Zamboanga City, or come to a demo day. We ring up a real order with your own menu and prices.

Can I switch from StoreHub to UltraPOS?

Yes. We load your menu, prices and promos, set up your BIR receipt header, install the terminal and train your team in one session.

Does UltraPOS work during a brownout?

Yes. UltraPOS keeps ringing up sales offline and syncs every sale to the owner app when power and internet are back.
